In our blog. we illustrate how we made NC program and machined product for our customer.
Here is a 2D drawing.
Dimension in this drawing is metric.You can see it requires dimension tolerance +/-0.01mm (+/-0.000394in)
And here is 3D model
After building 3D model we were making NC programm.
Execute NC-code to CNC machine:
This is our product. It meet all the requirements about dimension tolerance and surface roughness. Our customer highly appreciate this product.
